TOPS's graph didn't know correct orientation
ex: 1exu
should be
9-10-14-13
16-15-11-12
but tops show it as
9-10-14-13
12-11-15-16
I think they are using pdb's SHEET info for resenting the parallel info but they don't even know where they are.
