for protein animation,
http://pymol.sourceforge.net/ or molscript are only for small change animation,
not like our protein folding animation,
so I use 3D Studio Max to make it,
and use Adobe Premeire Pro to do the rest.

bug in chime plug-ins

my parallel info in chime is not correct for this structure:
88564 1kxq E
after checking, it's bug in chime.
chime can't handle that much data at once, I think I should be able to fix it by segment the data.
